I really wanted to like this camera. The size is right, the price is right, the features are right. My problem is that I am trying to squeeze dslr quality photos and performance out of a point and shoot size camera. This camera is better than point and shoot but less than dslr. My hunt for the perfect camera will now turn to the micro four thirds products. I enjoyed using this camera and would suggest it to someone not needing a DSLR.

We heard about this high quality Camera on the Kim Komando Radio show Kim rated this Camera one of the top cameras at a recent electronic show she attended.
After using my new Nikon Coolpic P100 with 26X Optical Zoom - Wide - Full HD for two weeks and seeing the pictures and videos in the bright clear colors - this has to be the best Camera I ever purchased and I am very pleased with Video Zoom Feature that operates even after the video starts.
The Canon picture and Movie Camera I previously used did not allow the zoom feature after the movie started.
Also, the automatic focus results in pictures that are exceptional, and not blurred.
The Nikon P100 also comes with an interchangeable wire and plug that can be used to charge the battery and to transfer the pictures and videos to your computer.

la P100 es una excelente camara, tiene todos los atributos de una camara profesional antes de serlo pues no permite lente intercambiable ni montar flash. es compacta, liviana, tiene muchas opciones de escenas posibles y adicional si conoces de fotografia es posible ajustarla.
